Unsurprisingly, C/S work is pretty much on pause now while B.A.D. is in high-activity mode - though they've got about half of 'album 6' made, and I would guess it's still on for a 2011 release.

TJ is involved in some Sputnik-related projects at the moment; no idea how many of them will bear fruit, but the timing has meshed nicely with Mick's plans.

Hey Shep, where is the best place to get updates on Sputnik news. Is this Carbon Silicon site the place for all news related to Mick and TJ? ;-)
Fine with me if that's so but I would like to know if I should be looking elsewhere for news.

If there's anything major comes up TJ/SSS-wise, I'll mention it here. Daisy Hughs (Carbon/Silicon's manager) is now looking after both groups.

The only thing unveiled so far is a guest appearance on Tomoyasu Hotei's 30th anniversary album later this year, for which SSS have recorded a new track.

Most SSS fan discussion happens at http://launch.groups.yahoo.com/group/sputnik/

If you're a facebooker, then an official SSS page is forthcoming. Well - actually - it already exists, and is currently accessible via http://www.facebook.com/pages/Sigue-Sig ... 5898680054 ... but it hasn't been 'officially' announced anywhere yet ;)

(be careful not to accidentally sign up to the Sigue Sigue Sputnik facebook group which belongs to the Philippine street gang of the same name :shock: ... or get confused with the Martin Degville project "Sigue Sigue Sputnik Electronic", which has nothing to do with TJ and the other sputniks)

Happy Christmas all. It's been great seeing MJ in Gorillaz then BAD and then on the Justice Tonight tour (I got to see the reurn of the Stone Roses!) Let's hope there will be time for some C/S in 2012.
